Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service by phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Clearly write this number on the outside of your shipping package. You may return both opened and unopened products, as long as they are eligible for return, to our fulfillment center at the address provided below. Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order, and the returned product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within this 30-day period. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Once our fulfillment center receives and processes your returned package, we will issue a refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, please contact our customer service by phone to obtain an RMA number. Write this number on the outside of your shipping package, and send the eligible product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order.
